When getting dressed you should always try to have something in your outfit make a statement. This statement can be a vivid print, ruffles, glitz, a great pair of shoes, a head accessory, a handbag, or jewelry. If you want to make your statement with jewelry, a necklace or earrings are a good way to do so. Both of these items are going to be noticed since most attention for others is to your face or neck area.

One of the biggest trends this fall is fringe necklaces! Unlike fringe clothing where the material used is a light fabric that moves and flows easily fringe jewelry is made of metal most of the time so it is not going to move as much but definitely makes the same statement!
