In April, we celebrated the best spring and summer trends with some fashion-savvy Chicago bloggers at the Dots 2012 Spring and Summer Style Party. Each of the guests had the opportunity to turn their favorite looks into outfits, which were showcased in our previous post. We loved every look, however, LeTroy from the blog Windy City Mama was chosen as the winner in her Aztec print dress mixed with the hot animal print shoes. We were curious about the stay-at-home mom turned fashionista, so we sat down with her to learn more about her blog, her style and all things fashion.

Windy City Mama is a showcase of fabulous and budget friendly finds. I started it a year and a half ago as a creative outlet while adjusting to life as a new mom. I’ve had blogs before but this one has lasted the longest. It’s so much fun!
