We have to give it up this week to Brooklyn Decker and this sunny yellow mini, making her this weeks Diva of the Week!  Despite all the gloomy weather we’ve been having the swimsuit model stepped out in a bright yellow dress; this color automatically screams springtime and is so refreshing. We like how she contrasted the feminine dress with black textured booties and a sequin bib necklace.
